Right Instinct is an international business consultancy focused on adding value and realising goals for the international business community and professionals across several sectors. Our strength is derived from a deep reservoir of knowledge and executional experience spanning over 25 years from corporate and entrepreneurial pursuits.

Our in depth experience and service covers blue chip organisations, government departments and the SME sector. A core focus is to offer services that support the growth or transformation of these businesses and in particular start-ups. In our experience new entrepreneurs are often faced with opportunities and risks which they may not be aware of and consequently are either unable to mitigate the risk or maximise the opportunity. We support you fully through this process.

Ernest Akinlola is an experienced and versatile business executive who has uniquely balanced his career within the corporate and entrepreneurial context. He has verifiable year-on-year success achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. He has an extensive multi-function business background gained in an international context. An inspirational leader with strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate vision, develop and motivate diverse teams to perform.

Ernest has held senior positions on a global basis in blue chip organizations, including CEO Ntel (formerly NITEL Nigeria), COO at Lycamobile UK, CMO Etisalat Nigeria (9 Mobile), Business Development Director, Blackberry Nigeria, Director Strategic Partnerships T- Mobile UK (EE), Head Commercial Partnerships, Virgin Mobile UK, Head of Audit at One 2 One.

Also highly entrepreneurial, Ernest has launched a range of start-ups and he is passionate about the digital economy, leveraging technology and innovation for competitive advantage, and individual development. In addition to mylottohub, he is co-founder of Business telecoms solutions UK, Allumno UK and Right Instinct Ltd Nigeria.

He serves as Non-executive director on the board of TownTalk Inc and Tingtel where he plays pivotal role in business development.

Ernest is a highly sought-after speaker on these topics and has been guest speaker at several workshops including the Lagos Chamber of Commerce, The National Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, NDDIS UK, Business Day Focus Series Africa, NTA Weekend Deal and the African Youth Leadership Summit. He is a member of the IT & Telecoms Committee of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria where he has authored articles on NDPR and Cyber Security.

He holds a first degree in Applied Economics from UEL UK, an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants UK (FCCA) and Member of the Institute of Directors IoD Nigeria
